THAT, is Commitment, Man!

Ennio, Thanks for the Music!

The first time I listened to his music, with Clint Eastwood galloping in a horse, amidst rolling hills of Nowhere, I was hooked.

I am, still.

With Sergio Leone, he ushered in a new genre of Movies, Music and a Hero - Clint Eastwood!

Commited to his craft over seventy plus years though Oscars shunned him until recently when they realised their mistake and honoured him with a life time oscar, he never flinched. When he finally got it, he dedicated it to his wife, Maria, his rock.

Yesterday, he passed away at the age of 91, after writing his own obituary note!

A man who loved his music (for 70+ years) and his wife (for 64 years) as if there was no tomorrow, had this for her:

“to her I renew the extraordinary love that bound us together and that I am sorry to abandon.”

THAT, is Commitment, Man!

The Good
The Bad
The Ugly
And...
The Best,  You, Ennio Morricone!

Your music will keep us going, riding our horses into glorious sunset, just as you did!
